House offer

Here are some pictures of the house in Pearland TX we made an offer on today. We think it will do nicely. The house itself is pretty small but it has a pool, which Robin wanted and there is room in that 4 car garage for some tools and a car which makes me happy. If we are successful in negotiating the purchase we'll post more pictures later. It's a three bedroom 2 bath house built in the 60's, but it is very well cared for. The garage is actually nearly as big as the house. There are not a lot of bedrooms but when you all come to visit at one time I guess you'll have to sleep in the garage.
