Demolition

I was going to title this post "More Remodeling" but that actually comes later. This is just demolition. Sometimes demo is fun, tearing out stuff, but this is just hard labor. I removed the wet bar. Something we knew would need to be done when we first saw the house. Same goes for the tile. I worked with a Hilti demolition hammer (small impact hammer, or hand held electric jackhammer) for 4 hours yesterday and managed to dislodge about 60 SF of tile. I only have about 500 sf more to go. I think I may need to buy my own Hilti.
